In der Projektübersicht finden Sie eine Liste aller Projekte. Durch berühren der Buttons können Sie diese bearbeiten:

- "Neu" fügt ein neues Projekt hinzu, hierzu können Sie zunächst den Namen eingeben

- "Bearbeiten" ermöglicht es, die Projekte umzusortieren, zu löschen oder umzubenennen

- Mit "Kopieren" können Sie ein Projekt zum kopieren auswählen. Hierzu definieren zunächst den neuen Namen

- Mit "E-mail" können Sie ein Projekt auswählen, das Sie über die eingebaute Mail-Anwendung versenden möchten. Das Projekte wird als Text und parallel als Anlage eingefügt. Es wird das Excel-2003-XML-Format verwendet. Zum Öffnen starten Sie Ihre lokale Office-Anwendung und öffnen Sie die Anlage. Der Anlagentyp ist häufig nicht mit der Office-Anwendung verknüpft.

 

 

Die Raten-Kalkulation errechnet von einem Kaufpreis, Nebenkosten und Eigenkapital die Rate und die entstehenden Kosten sowie die Laufzeit.

 

 

Die Budget-Kalkulation errechnet von einer monatlichen maximalen Rate den möglichen Finanzierungsspielraum sowie den möglichen Kaufpreis.

 

 

Mortgage Calculator

Calculate the costs of a mortgage for different objects with different conditions. Alternatively calculate the maximum loan you can afford with a certain rent.

You can manage your projects with different conditions and calculations. Easy to edit, easy to handle.

Send your calculation as Text or Excel (2003-XML) attachment.

Manual:

 

In the projects-screen you find the overview of your projects. By selecting one you see all the details.

By touching "New" you create a new empty project

By touching "Edit" you can reorder, delete or rename an item

By touching "Copy" you can select an item that you want to be copied and define the name afterwards

By touching "E-mail" you can select a project to be sent by E-mail in Text and as Excel-2003-XML-attachment. To open the attachment on any computer you should open your Office-Application and select the file from there.

 

 

By calculating the installments you go from the purchase price and calculate the rate and costs of your loan.

 

The budget-calculation calculates forward from the monthly installment you want to pay to the maximum loan and purchase price you can spend.

EasyContacts Overview

EasyContacts brings a more functional Addressbook to your iPhone. These are the main features:

 

• List of Companies with drill down to people per company
• Easy accessible Search-Button

• Adjustment of view-options

 

It is optimized if you synchronize with Outlook or Microsoft Exchange Server as it does not yet support the Groups which are not working properly in connection with your iPhone. If you do use groups, it will just not touch these properties.

 

Apple does not open the access to the favourites in your phone-application, so adding favourites is not supported from here, but you can of course add your contacts to favourites from the phone-application.

 

Sending vCards by Email is done with the built in Email-program (as vcf-attachment), no additional service needed, picture can be included. By purchasing the App, sending me your Feedback by Email and of course giving a good rating in the App Store you will help to make your application better quickly.

EasyContacts Manual

This is a brief description of how to use EasyContacts. The usage is quite easy (as the name mentions).

 

Companies

Here you see a list of all companies that the people in your addressbook belong to. People with entry in the organization-field are listed at the end (see "-" in the index) under "- none -". By selecting a company you get a list of all people belonging to this company where you can select and have further options like in the persons-list. The + Button opens a new contact to add to your addressbook. If you select the company before, the company name will be pre-selected.

 

Persons

This is a list of your contacts like in the original iPhone addressbook. If you get here from the company selecting the + Button will open a new contact with the company name as pre-selection.

After selecting a contact you have the option to edit or delete this contact, send a message (Email or text-message/SMS) or by just selecting the number starting a call.

 

Search

Here you can search for contacts. The fields in your settings are used for the search. You can search for name, company, notes and phone-numbers.

 

 

Settings

The screen shows the settings-tab. Here you can adjust search- and show-parameters, explanation below:

Search Fields

Here you can select which fields of the contacts are used to search for. Less fields make the search faster. Phone numbers are put together without spaces. This way you can search for any combination, example: a person with the number +1 555 123 4567 could be found with 512.

 

Show Index

When you select a company you get a list of persons in this company. As this list is often very short the index shown (A, B, C, ... in the list) is sometimes irritating and can be deactivated here.

 

Actions for Persons

When you open a single contact by selecting the entry in the list, you get options to edit or delete the contact. Deleting must be confirmed. With the "Message"-Button you can open a Textmessage with one of the phone-numbers or open an Email with one of the Email-addresses.

ColorLight

Turn your phone into an LED-light with changing colors or just a white or colored flashlight.

 

Like the modern LED lights you can buy in the store you will enjoy the atmosphere with a background light with changing colors.

 

- Select the colors you want to use

- Use it as white flash-light alternatively

- define the speed for the color to change

 

Important note:

To make the light impressive you have to turn your background brightness up. Go to the settings-App and turn the brightness to maximum. Unfortunately this can not be adjusted by third-party applications. If you use your phone for longer time at full brightness you should connect it to a charger, especially as for better usability the auto sleep mode is disabled.

 

This App provides more flexibility than the normal lights you can buy in a store.

- By setting the delay you define the speed to change the color.

- With the show settings button you can deactivate the i-Button on the Color-Screen

- By selecting your color-scheme you can select which colors you would like to use.
